  • When a loved on passes you want to make sure that they're taken care of. I spent some time with Dan and am very happy my father chose this family business for his final destination. Keep up the great work guys!

  • I've known these two gentlemen for a number of years and can testify to their professionalism and friendliness.. My dad had chosen them to take care of his funeral arrangements, along with my father-in law, mother-in-law, and so it will be with my mother. The Adams brothers have been and will continue to to do what is right and with the greatest of respect for our deceased loved ones. Paul

  • we went to make my pre funeral arrangments immediately after my moms death, it was a very hard thing to do at that moment, Dan was most helpful, showed compassion, very respectful and what ever i wanted, i was upset to begin with and this just made matters worse, if they hadnt shown any compassion i would have walked out the door without looking back, but he was very helpful, took all the time i needed, he went over things repeatedly with us, i am sorry for Moira experience, i truly am, but because of their kindness, and gentle ways they helped me more then i ever thought possible

When my father passed away unexpectedly we were not given a choice of funeral homes. He passed at RFGH and the hospital called this company. And that is what it is, a company. When I explained the circumstances, that I was the closest next of kin and no funds had been arranged because he had chosen to walk out on my sister and I as babies and have no contact with our family unless he needed money in the intervening 22 years we had not planned for his passing and had no funds for a large funeral and that every resource we had spoken with told us they would pay for or help with cremation only, no internment or service costs. They then became very rude and unhelpful. They are "wonderful" as long as you have money. When you are in very difficult circumstances they have ZERO compassion, ZERO humanism and ZERO help. I felt like a piece of garbage while in their company and truly people in the area do call them "Discount Death" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

We were really disappointed with Dan and Scott for a few reasons. In this extremely difficult time dealing with having our mother cremated, we felt absolutely zero compassion or sympathy. They did not even offer any condolences for our loss. It was all business, paperwork, and payment. This may be routine for them, but it was a traumatic time for our family and we would expect just a little compassion from someone in this business. On top of that, her remains were not ready to be picked up by the date they said she would. This disrupted family plans greatly. This was not some random package, this was our mother. We didn't even get a call about the delay so we had to call and were told matter of factly it's not going to happen today. Again, with zero compassion. If you wanted to be treated with respect and sympathy when dealing with your loved ones final arrangements, DO NOT don business with Dan and Scott!
